Abstract. Beam steering RF MEMS-based reflectarrays represent an optimal solution for reconfigurable antennas working at mm-wave frequencies. In this paper a design suited for low-cost C-MOS compatible silicon technology is presented. The radiating elements are made by patches slot-coupled to phase-shifters in coplanar waveguide. Design and simulated results are presented.
