Abstract.
We proposed in vivo checking of the possibility to use collagenic scaffolds loaded with osteoblasts for tibial bone defects repair on dogs. Evaluation of the healing process was made by serial X-ray – in the postoperatory period, at 30, 45 and 130 days and daily clinical exam. Radiographyc opacity of the drilled foramen and dynamics of the functional troubles were assessed. The X-ray aspect of drilling foramen is new bone tissue like and is correlated with the disappearing of functional troubles at clinical exam.
