Abstract. In this paper, a 0º/180º phase switch structure for pseudo-correlation radiometers in space missions is proposed. The structure is composed by two networks with same circuit parameters except the transmission phase, shifted by 180º. Switching between networks is performed using Single-Pole-Double-Throw (SPDT) switches based on capacitive-anchored MEMS developed for this purpose in a joint collaboration project between UPC, URV and LAAS-CNRS and fabricated in LAAS-CNRS. The SPDT exhibits isolation better than 30 dB at the design frequency (24 GHz).
