Abstract. The paper presents the design, fabrication and experiments of a 15–45 frequency multiplier integrated with a micromachined Yagi-Uda antenna. The multiplier is a balanced resistive tripler using a series pair of beam lead GaAs Schottky diodes as nonlinear devices.
